CANCELLATION POLICY

Any NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS less than 2 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the appointment amount booked to your credit card on file.  

LATE ARRIVIALS - We cannot see any clients who are late to their appointments as our schedule is booked for the time needed for giving a fantastic facial experience, check out, clean up, and set up for the next client. There's no wiggle room here. If you are late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. 

FACIAL PARTIES - If you need to cancel or reduce your party size, you must do so at least 2 DAYS PRIOR TO  YOUR PARTY TIME. ANY NO SHOWS or last minute CANCELLATIONS regarding a facial party or of individuals within that party will result in a 50% charge of the appointment amount to the credit card on file for the party.

RETURN IN-STORE

Products UNUSED and UNOPENED may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. 

The Facial Bar intentionally carries trial size products that last 4 weeks, the length of time the skin needs to perform with a new product. We encourage our guests to first purchase our trial sizes to ensure the product is right for your skin before purchasing any of our larger sizing.

 

RETURN BY MAIL

To return a product by mail, please first send an email to info@facialbarkc.com to confirm you are eligible for a return from the guidelines mentioned above. Please include your name, the items you wish to you return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns. The Facial Bar does not refund or pay shipping cost for products being returned. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method, The Facial Bar is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
