RETURNS


Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at info@facialbarkc.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated below.

FAQ

If I have a return, what should I do first?

 

To return a product, please first send an email to info@facialbarkc.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you wish to you return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns.

What is your returns policy?

 

Unused skin care products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not refund shipping cost or the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive an email letting you know your order has been shipped, there you will find your order tracking number. 

 

What if my order included a promotional item?

 

If you are returning a product that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If you are returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, you may also return the unopened promotional item, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.
